FACILITIES
Aparthotel will allow you to have a pleasant stay just on the doorstep of Bologna (the use of a car/taxi might be required for night-time travel) while enjoying the following facilities:
- the kitchen (which can accommodate up to 6 people) is equipped with all kitchenware and appliances (electric oven, stove, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and coffee machine); guests are required to clean the kitchen area (an additional 20 Euro will be charged if the kitchen has not been cleaned before check out);
- breakfast will not be prepared for you but you will have all you need to start the day with a smile (milk, coffee, fruit juices, croissants, etc.). If you do not feel like making your own breakfast there are a few great coffee shops and an excellent pastry shop located just a few steps away;
- the double room, pleasantly furnished, will have the option of a third bed (upon request we can also provide a “little camping bed” for small children), a TV and a ceiling fan;
- you will also find a little safe for storing your valuables;
- the second bedroom, even if slightly smaller, offers two comfortable single beds, a wardrobe and a ceiling fan;
- the bathroom offers you the chance to have a quick shower or relax in the Jacuzzi spa bath; a washing machine and a hair drier will also be available;
- the sheets will be changed every 4-5 days while clean towels will be provided every 2-3 days;
- in the living room you will find a spacious chill-out area with
TV and ADSL connection for your laptop internet requirements; if necessary the living room could also accommodate another 3-4 guests; - at check-in you will be given a key card to access the flat;
- you will be able to park your car in the many neighbouring car parks;
- a shuttle service is also available from and to the Train Station and the Airport (service available upon request with your booking – 15 Euro per trip for a maximum of 6 people);
- we speak English;
- check in is between midday and 10 pm (unless otherwise arranged) and check out is at 10 am;
- payment can be made by cash or ATM card or all major Credit Cards (VISA or Mastercard).
For short stays payment is required upon arrival; - unfortunately due to the lack of an elevator the flat is not ideal for the disabled;
- children are welcome;
- unfortunately we are unable to accept pets;
- a deposit of 15-20% is required to secure your booking.
